Browse the counter, add the cuts you want, and pick a pickup day and time. Give us your name, phone, and email, then send the request. The Head Butcher checks it and confirms. You pay at the shop when you collect.
No. You can order as a guest. If you sign in with an email and password, we fill in your details for you, keep your order history, and let you reorder past items in a tap.
We email you a 6-digit code. Typing it in proves the address is yours, so order updates reach you. Your browser remembers it, so you won't be asked again next time on the same device.
Yes. Each item offers its own choices, such as weight in quarter-pound steps, cut thickness, slices, half or whole slab, or package size. There is no free-text notes box. If you need something special, send the shop a message from your order page after you order.
It stays on the counter with an "Out of stock" or "Seasonal" badge, but you can't add it. On out-of-stock items you can tap "Notify me" and leave an email or mobile number. We keep it only to tell you once when the item is back, and delete it after 180 days.
Choose a day and a time window at checkout. You can book up to about four weeks ahead. Same-day pickup needs at least two hours' notice before the window starts.
Greyed-out days are days we're closed. Each time window takes a set number of orders. When every window on a day is full, the day shows "Full" and can't be picked.
No. Pickup only, at the shop.
Our address, phone number, and pickup windows are on the home page under "Hours & location".
At the shop, when you collect. Nothing is charged online and no deposit is taken.
Not always. Cuts sold by weight show an estimate. The final price is set when the butcher weighs your order. Some items say "Priced at pickup". If prices aren't shown, we'll tell you the price when your order is ready, before you collect. Your order page shows the final total once it's set.
You owe nothing. No payment was taken, so there is nothing to refund.
No. An order is a request. It shows as "Awaiting review" until the Head Butcher accepts or declines it. After that it moves through Accepted, In progress, Ready, and Picked up.
By email, when your request is received, accepted, ready, or declined, if the shop proposes a change, or if it's cancelled. If you tick "Text me order updates" at checkout, the same updates also reach you by text. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
It looks like SPCT-12345678. It's in your emails and on your order page. Quote it at the counter. Staff can also find your order from the last digits of your phone number.
After you send a request you land on your order page. Save that link. It's the only way back. You can also paste the link on the "Find my order" page. A lost link can't be recovered, but if you're signed in with a confirmed email and phone, your orders appear in your account history.
The butcher's reason is shown on your order page.
While it's "Awaiting review", press Cancel on your order page and your pickup slot is freed straight away. Once accepted, use "Request a change or cancellation" on your order page. That sends the shop a request. Your order stays as it is until they act on it. You can message the shop from your order page at any time, and their replies show there too.
The shop may suggest a different day, weight, quantity, or price, or tell you an item isn't available. Nothing changes until you accept. Accept or decline on your order page within one day and before your pickup, or the request is cancelled. If you accept, it goes back to the butcher for final confirmation. The shop may also make small updates directly. You'll get an email either way.
