LocalShopCart, operated by Minervit LLC, based in Ohio, USA, uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate the Butcher application and participating Shop storefronts. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
What these technologies do
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent to a website according to their settings. Local storage keeps values in your browser until the application or you remove them. These technologies can help the Service recognize a session or reconnect information already held on the server.

| Account sessions and security | Maintain sign-in, apply access controls, and support secure use of the Service. |
| Guest cart | A random identifier reconnects your browser to its cart. That stored identifier does not itself contain your name, contact details, items, or prices. |
| Checkout verification | A browser identifier refers to server-held contact verification so a returning customer may not need to repeat a recent verification. This proof has a server-enforced validity window of up to 30 days. |
| Available interface preferences | Remember choices such as interface settings when the relevant feature is used. |
Storage varies by feature and whether you are signed in. Some values end with a session; others remain until they expire or are cleared. Local storage does not automatically expire like a timed cookie. Server-side cart or verification records may expire even while an unusable identifier remains in your browser.
Your controls
Your browser settings allow you to block or remove cookies and site storage. Blocking these technologies may prevent sign-in, cause a cart to be lost, or require you to repeat verification. On a shared device, sign out and consider clearing site data when you finish.
Removing cookies or local storage does not delete your order, close an account, cancel an order, or withdraw SMS permission. For privacy requests, including deletion requests, which we honor where required by law, contact legal@minervit.ai. To stop SMS order updates, reply STOP to a program message.
Advertising and changes
We do not use customer order information for targeted advertising. If we introduce nonessential tracking that requires a choice or consent, we will provide the necessary notice and controls before using it. This notice is not itself consent to optional tracking.
